SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE

Salary: To be negotiated based on past experience and skillset, but will be competitive and with bonuses and benefits.

Working hours : We are considering both part time and full time, (employed / permanent salary based) but will include an element of weekend work and some early evenings with some shifts being up to around 8.30pm and others being daytime.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role will include some or all of the following areas of the business..

·Viewings : Showcasing customers pictures to families, within our cinematic purpose built custom viewing room to helping them to choose the best images and frames to suit their home style décor and budget.

·Bookings : Booking families and couples into our studio diary for their portrait shoot experience and also potentially booking B2B appointment’s with third party companies or organizations as part of our marketing business development

·Promotions : Represent the studio on location promotions, selling gift vouchers for family portrait gift experiences, collecting leads from interested customers. Explaining our products and services to interested parties, direct with the public.

·Local marketing initiatives : Liaising with third party companies, local community groups and organizations to seek mutual benefits, helping with things like fundraising, marketing support to PR and brand exposure to us and them.

No previous marketing experience or marketing qualifications’ are required, we will be able to train the right candidate on the job.

IDEAL PAST EXPERIENCE WOULD INCLUDE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

Past work experience in face to face sales which involve a bespoke nature, such as interior furniture, kitchens, sofas or high end retail, or customer experience based business. Previous jobs would have included great customer service and a responsibility of own targets. Experience within Tele sales or customer service could also be relevant.

Must be…

Well presented, great telephone manner, very customer service focused, good with basic maths (adding up sales,etc), plus being good at sales (or have the natural potential to be), reasonable, general computer skills. Must also be a car owner as some days would be based away from the studio on promotions.
