FAMILY PORTRAIT BOOKING ADVISOR

 

Minimum of 18.5 Hours per week would include:- Tues 9-5, Thurs 4.30-8.30 & Sat 10-4.30

Plus additional hours may be possible – (if a candidate has additional applicable skills, that may be useful in other areas of our business).

(Approx £12 per hour inclusive of bonuses)

Role Overview:-

The main focus of the role is to make outbound calls to both existing and new customers – giving families advice on their experience with us covering everything from what to expect, when the best time to book in their shoot with us, through to what to wear and how to personalise their shoot to suit their own family’s personality.

You will also cover various face to face reception duties, such as meeting and greeting families upon their arrival at the studio and making people feel very welcome. Helping with customers collections of their finished products and taking payments, processing vouchers plus other basic admin duties behind the scenes.

This is an ideal job for someone who is a very strong communicator, who likes talking to customers of all ages and would love to become part of a well-respected team, joining a successful growing business and work within a fantastic, friendly environment.

 

The ideal candidate must:-

We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, highly professional, with past experience in professional environments both over the phone and face to face.

– has a good understanding of family life (including babies, children and pets!) in order to help our customers get the best out of the experience with us.

– has past experience in a customer service or sales environment.

– Is target driven and focused, able to work on their own, with or without supervision

  • Possesses a highly positive and enthusiastic personality
  • Is well presented
  • Is computer literate and fast at typing
  • Lives locally within 10 miles of our studio in Shipley
