Why do I need to provide my credit/debit card when I book my appointment?

 

All photography experiences with MI&Co require a credit or credit card number in order to secure the booking time with us.

Being a small independent studio, aiming to deliver an excellent service and quality product to only a handful of clients each week, we have a very limited availability for our premium appointment times.

We therefore require at least 5 days notice should you wish to change your appointment time with us, otherwise an automatic £25 cancellation/rescheduling charge will be made to your debit/credit card.

 

How much do MI&Co portraits cost?

 

We believe in producing and supplying quality framed portraits, produced properly and ready to look fantastic on your walls. Every product produced is hand made in our laboratory bespoke to each order.

Our Table Top frames start individually at £85 (can be from as little as £65 in conjunction with our special offers) and go up to £145 for our largest in a choice of colours.

Our individual Wall Art starts at £195 and we have something to suit all styles and budgets whether your budget is 3,4,5,6,£700 or more! Our multi-image Colections start from £585 with different prices depending on the style, frame and size.

We also have some amazing special offers on at the moment offering customers discounts of up to 50% dependant on your overall order. Please ask for more details.

 

Do you offer ways to spread the cost?

 

Absolutely, we are happy to offer our own ‘in house’ payment option to enable you to maximise our special offers with no interest or catches– typically with just a 20% deposit being taken at the viewing itself (We can be flexible). No credit checks required and payments are set up at a frequency of your choice. Bank details are required to set up this option and products are collected once all payments have been made, allowing you to control your payment plan and make overpayments to suit your affordability whilst enabling you to make the most of our amazing offers.

 

Can we buy digital copies of the images?

 

Although we specialise in Wall Products to create beautiful décor features within your home, we also offer the option of buying smaller digital images for your own digital presentation / novelty / social media applications, with permission to make small multiple reproduction copies & prints of your own (for details on size information, please ask for details).

We will explain all the applicable offers and the reproduction sizes to you in greater detail at your viewing.

 

How long do appointments take?

 

We usually allow up to 1-2  hours for photoshoot sessions (depending on family groups and ages). viewing consultations usually take between 1 ½ to 2 hours and we recommend that you park in ASDA which gives you 2 hours free parking and is only a short 100m walk from our studio!

 

Can we bring our pets to the photoshoot?

 

Of course! Providing they can go up and down stairs then they are welcome! We photograph a huge number of pets at the studio and we’re not just talking about cats and dogs, we’ve had snakes, skunks and snails to name just a few!

The important factor is just to let us know this at the time of your booking as we always want to ensure there is time after your shoot to clean the studio thoroughly for the next clients.

 

What should we wear for our photoshoot?

 

Clothing choices can make a huge impact on the final images. Our photographers will always be happy to discuss ideas and choices with you beforehand over the phone with you, along with discussing it with you at the time of the photoshoot. 

 

What personal items should I bring along to the photoshoot?

 

We’re big believers in personalising your photoshoot by bringing items that mean something to you and your family. In many instances, it tells your story and helps to create truly unique images.

Our team will be happy to discuss this with you prior to your photoshoot to give you inspiration!

 

How long does it take to receive my images once ordered?

 

Generally it takes around 6 weeks for an order to be artworked, approved, printed, framed, dispatched to us and then checked. In certain circumstances, orders can be quicker than this so please contact us if you have any specific requirements.

 

Do you provide a corporate headshot or business portrait service?

 

We certainly do! You may be looking for business headshots for a LinkedIn Profile, a company website, business cards or branding elements? Whichever your requirement, professional images will make a huge impact and we would be happy to be part of it.
